technical services to transport operators and local authorities, confirms that
it will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 on
25 September 2025.

 

The Company also announces that Russ Singleton (CEO) and Nick Lowe (CFO) will
provide a live presentation relating to the Interim Results via Investor Meet
Company on 26 Sept 2025, 13:00 BST.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
25 Sept 2025, 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.

·    Journeo AS (based in Aarhus, Denmark): full-service provider of
Intelligent Transport Systems ("ITS") with customers in Denmark, Sweden and
Iceland.

·    Journeo AB (based in Stockholm, Sweden): technical services provider
to public transport customers in Sweden.
