Director/PDMR Shareholdings

 

Journeo plc (AIM: JNEO), the information systems and transport technical
services group, announces that as detailed in the announcement dated 22
December 2022 and further to admission of the Placing Shares, Subscription
Shares and Retail Offer Shares today, the Board of Journeo beneficially hold
