Director Share Purchases

 

Journeo plc (AIM: JNEO), a leading provider of information systems and
technical services to transport operators and local authorities, announces
that Nick Lowe, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased 8,800 ordinary shares
of 6.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a volume weighted average
price of approximately 282.25p pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following these purchases, Mr Lowe holds a total beneficial interest in 43,800
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.27 per cent. of the Company's
