£5m Framework Agreement - Infrastructure Protection
Journeo plc (AIM: JNEO), a leading provider of information systems and
technical services to transport operators, local authorities, and the public
transport networks that connect them, is pleased to announce that its recently
acquired subsidiary, Crime and Fire Defence Systems Limited ("CFDS"), a
specialist integrator of physical and cyber security solutions for the UK
Critical National Infrastructure, Defence, and Utilities markets, has secured
a four-year framework agreement, valued at up to £5 million with a UK utility
company (the "Framework Agreement").
Under the Framework Agreement, CFDS will deliver complex, high-security
infrastructure protection services across multiple sites applying its
specialist expertise to safeguard critical assets and ensure the continued
resilience and integrity of operations.
