Notice of Results and Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

Journeo plc (AIM: JNEO), a leading provider of intelligent systems for
transport networks and Critical National Infrastructure is pleased to announce
that it will release its audited final results for the year ended 31 December
2025 ("Final Results") on Tuesday 24 March 2026.

Russ Singleton CEO and Nick Lowe CFO will provide a live presentation of the
Company's Final Results via Investor Meet Company at 12:00 GMT on Wednesday 25
March 2026.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
25 March 2026, 09:00 GMT, or at any time during the live presentation.

Intelligent Transport Systems ("ITS") with customers in Denmark, Sweden and
Iceland.

·    Journeo AB (based in Stockholm, Sweden): technical services provider
to public transport customers in Sweden.
