 * Proposes to undertake non-renounceable non-underwritten rights issue of up to 
2.43 billion ordinary shares in capital of co at issue price of s$0.0035 
 * Based on issue price and existing share capital and assuming maximum 
scenario, the rights issue will raise about s$8.50 million
