** Shares of Joyce Corporation  JYC.AX  rise as much as
8.9%to A$3.3, hitting their highest since April 14
    ** JYC says FY22 profit attributable A$9.1 mln, up 20%

    ** Co announces a final dividend of 10.5 cents for the
current period, up from the 10 cents announced in the previous
