Jan 2 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Tuesday:

    ** Rongsheng Petrochemical said it and Saudi Aramco
 2222.SE  are in talk for the Chinese company to buy a 50% stake
in the Saudi firm's refining unit SASREF.

    ** Iberdrola's U.S. unit Avangrid Inc  AGR.N  terminated its
$8.3 billion deal, including debt, for rival PNM Resources
 PNM.N  as it could not get all necessary regulatory approvals
to close by Dec. 31, the U.S. power utility said in a statement.

    ** Baidu  9888.HK  has terminated its planned $3.6 billion
acquisition of Nasdaq-listed JOYY Inc's live-streaming business
in China, the company said on Monday in a filing with the Hong
Kong stock exchange.
