Draslovka places $325 million senior secured Nordic bond
· Draslovka's capital markets debut to re-finance existing commitments
· The transaction optimises balance sheet with significant financing
cost reduction
· Draslovka is first Czech company to access the Nordic market
Draslovka a.s ("Draslovka" or the "Company"), a global leader in speciality
chemicals, today announces the placement of a $325 million aggregate nominal
amount of 11% senior secured Notes due 2030 in the Nordic debt markets
("Nordic bond"). The bonds will be issued by Luxembourg-registered NewCo
Holding EUR 29 S.à r.l., to be renamed Draslovka Delta S.à r.l., a
subsidiary of Draslovka fully and unconditionally guaranteed by the Company.
The Nordic bond issuance is part of Draslovka's strategy to strengthen the
Company by optimising its capital structure, which positions it for more
predictable, stabilised cash flow generation and long-term value creation.
Upon completion of the bond issuance and partial prepayment of existing
facilities, including the financing facility with JP Morgan, Draslovka will
benefit from a streamlined capital structure and substantive decrease in cash
financing costs.

The issuance was executed exclusively with Pareto Securities, a leading Nordic
investment bank focused on high-yield placements.
