In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to
notify the market of the following:

 

As at 31(st) December 2021 the Company's issued share capital consists of
281,633,910 Ordinary 5 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds
87,811,734 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

 

Therefore, as at 31(st) December 2021, the total number of voting rights in
JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc is 193,822,176.

 

The above figure (193,822,716) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan American
Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
