RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Information disclosed in accordance with LR 9.6.18

 

Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held today, the
Board announces that all of the Ordinary and Special Resolutions put to
shareholders were voted on by way of a poll and passed, with the exception of
Resolution 12 (the "Continuation Vote").

 

As a result of the Continuation Vote not passing the Board will, in accordance
with the Company's Prospectus and Articles of Incorporation, put forward
proposals for the reconstruction, reorganisation or winding-up of the Company
to Shareholders for their approval within six months following the date of
today's Annual General Meeting. These proposals may or may not involve
winding-up the Company or liquidating all or part of the Company's existing
portfolio of investments. The Directors intend to consult with shareholders
prior to presenting these proposals.
