Cancellation of shares held in Treasury

 

The Company announces that it has cancelled the 13,587,814 shares that it held
in Treasury. Following this cancellation, the Company has 205,820,138 shares
in issue and no shares held in Treasury.

 

The total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 205,820,138
and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
