The Directors have declared a first quarterly interim dividend of 1.05 pence
per share in respect of the Company's financial year ending 28th February
2025, to be paid on 31st May 2024 to shareholders on the register as at the
close of business on 10th May 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 9th May 2024.
