In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA's)
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the
market of the following:

 

As at 30th September 2024, the Company's capital consists of 219,407,952
Ordinary shares. The Company holds 13,587,814 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

 

Therefore, as at 30th September 2024, the total number of voting rights in the
Company is 205,820,138.

 

The above figure (205,820,138) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
