Today, the Company purchased into Treasury 100,000 of its own Ordinary shares
at 70.00 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 13,087,814 ordinary shares in
Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of shares held in Treasury
is 206,320,138. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a
premium to net asset value.
