COMPLETION OF COMPULSORY REDEMPTION OF SHARES

 

On 27 January 2023 the Company announced its intention to return to
Shareholders an amount of £25.758 million on 3 February 2023 for shareholders
on the register of members as at close of business on 2 February 2023, by way
of a compulsory redemption of the redeemable ordinary shares in the capital of
the Company.

Accordingly, 42,450,000 Shares have been redeemed for cancellation.

 

As previously announced, all redemption proceeds are expected to be paid in
pounds sterling using the existing mandate record held on file on or around 10
February 2023.
