Completion of acquisition of First Republic Trust Company of Delaware LLC
("FRTC-DE")

 

 

JTC announces today, further to its announcement on 22 April 2024, and
following receipt of final regulatory approvals and satisfaction of other
closing conditions, the completion of its acquisition of First Republic Trust
Company of Delaware LLC ("FRTC-DE").

 

The acquisition of FRTC-DE is highly complementary and builds on JTC's
position as the leading independent provider of trust services in the US,
bringing further scale in this large, valuable and fast-growing market.

The consideration has been settled in cash.
