Appointment of Senior Independent Non-Executive Director

The Company announces that Dermot Mathias has stepped down from his role as
Senior Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Mr. Mathias
will continue to serve on the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director
and will remain as Chair of the Audit Committee.

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Erika Schraner as Senior
Independent Non-Executive Director, also with immediate effect. Dr. Schraner
has been a member of the Board since November 2019 and Chair of the Nomination
Committee since November 2020 and brings extensive experience to the role.

Mike Liston, Chairman of JTC PLC, commented:

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Dermot for his valuable
contribution as Senior Non-Executive Independent Director. Dermot is stepping
down from this role as part of the Board's ongoing succession planning, and I

Board and Committees

Following Dr. Schraner's appointment as Senior Independent Non-Executive
Director, the membership of the Board and Board Committees remains unchanged.
