Director's Share Dealing

 

In accordance with the requirements of Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, JTC
announces it was notified on 28 February 2025 that Dawn Marriott, an
Independent Non-Executive Director, has purchased 10,644 shares of 0.01 pence
each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggregate price
of £9.3941 per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase Ms. Marriott's shareholding in the Company is 10,644
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.00607% of the Issued Share
Capital.
