Notification of Director's Share Dealing

 

In accordance with the requirements of Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, JTC
confirms it was notified on 3 February that Non-Executive Chairman, Mike
Liston OBE, had purchased 12,655 shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggregate price of £7.862 per Ordinary
Share.

Following the purchase Mr. Liston holds 45,452 Ordinary Shares in the Company,
representing approximately 0.03% of the Issued Share Capital.
