** Shares of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers  RSTC.NS 
surge as much as 18.6% to 66.95 rupees, highest since May 2019
    ** Brokerage ICRA revises https://archives.nseindia.com/corporate/RCF_25022021105609_CR.pdf
 outlook on long-term credit rating of the fertilizer maker to
"positive" from "stable"
    ** Stock sees best session since April 2020
    ** Industry peer Gujarat State Fertilizer and Chemicals
 GSFC.NS  up as much as 6.5%, amid a sharp rise in Indian
equities 
    ** Around 32.5 mln shares of RSTC change hands by 0818 GMT,
vs 30-day avg. of 2.8 mln 
    ** Stock up 5.3% this year, as of last close
