Judges Scientific plc (AIM: JDG), a group focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific instrument sector announces that Sue Nyman, Non-Executive Director, on 7 May 2026 purchased 120 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4880 pence per share. Following this transaction Sue Nyman's beneficial holding is now 120 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.002% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
