Grant of Options

 

Judges Scientific announces that it has issued options under the 2025 share option schemes over 81,600 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price per share of £52.00, being the closing mid-price on 27 January 2026.

 

The Remuneration Committee have awarded, both in recognition of the appointment of Tim Prestidge to Chief Executive on 9 February 2026 and in accordance with its policy of annual awards of share options to retain and incentivise the Executive Directors, the share options as shown in the table below. Vesting of these options after three years is subject to the achievement of 5% compound growth in adjusted earnings per share over the vesting period, and to continued employment.
