In accordance with notification obligations under article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation, the Company announces that on 5 December 2019 David Cicurel, CEO, transferred the beneficial interest in 24,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the Shoftim Charitable Trust (the "Charity").
David Cicurel and Ralph Cohen, Non-Executive Director of Judges, are trustees of the Charity. Following this gift David Cicurel is benefically interested in 715,408 Ordinary Shares.
