Judges Scientific plc (AIM: JDG), a group focused on acquiring and developing
companies in the scientific instrument sector announces that Harriet Hambro,
the wife of Alexander Hambro, Non-Executive Chairman, has inherited 414
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") with effect from
30 October 2023. Following this transaction Alex Hambro's beneficial holding
is now 47,914 shares representing approximately 0.72% of the total issued
share capital and voting rights in the Company.
