Notice of AGM

 

Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

 

Judges Scientific, a group focused on acquiring and developing companies in
the scientific instrument sector, announces that it has posted copies of the
Group's Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting.

 

The Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at The Lansdowne Club,
9 Fitzmaurice Place, London W1J 5JD on Thursday 22 May 2025 at 12.00 noon.

 

Shareholders are welcome to attend the AGM in person. The Board also
encourages all shareholders to submit a proxy vote in advance of the AGM. We
recommend voting online via www.signalshares.com (http://www.signalshares.com)
by logging in, selecting the 'Proxy Voting' link, and following the on-screen
instructions. If you have not previously registered for electronic
communications, you will first need to register as a new user. You will
require your investor code, which can be found on your share certificate.
