June 10 (Reuters) - Jumbo  BABr.AT  says:
    * will propose cash distribution of 0.235 eur per share on
2020
profit
    * decision comes after strong consumer demand for its
products
following more than two months of lockdown
    * sales rose 13.6% y/y in May, helped by lifting of
restrictions
in Bulgaria and romania
    * group sales dropped 23% in January to May
