       Jan 30 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2100 GMT on
Thursday:
    
    ** The U.S. Department of Justice has sued to block Hewlett
Packard Enterprise's  HPE.N  $14 billion deal to acquire
networking gear maker Juniper Networks  JNPR.N , arguing that it
would stifle competition, according to a complaint filed on

        ** Private equity firm NGP Energy Capital Management is
exploring a sale of natural gas producer Camino Natural
Resources, which may achieve a valuation of around $2 billion
including debt, sources familiar with the matter said on

        ** British broadcaster ITV  ITV.L  has been holding
early stage talks with Abu Dhabi-backed group RedBird IMI about
a possible merger of their respective production businesses, two

    ** Shares of Fevertree Drinks  FEVR.L  surged almost 24%
after Molson Coors  TAP.N  took an 8.5% stake in the firm, in a
deal giving the beer giant exclusive rights to market the
British company's cocktail mixers and tonic water in the United

    ** Mid-market private equity investor AnaCap has closed the
acquisition of a majority stake in Italian commercial lines

Crown Castle's  CCI.N  assets in a deal that could be valued at
over $8 billion, a source familiar with the matter told Reuters.
