Hewlett Packard Enterprise shares rise as UK probes Juniper buyout deal

** Shares of Hewlett Packard Enterprise  HPE.N  up 2.5% at
$22.39 premarket
    ** Britain's competition regulator said on Wednesday it was
investigating whether HPE's planned $14 bln acquisition of
Juniper Networks  JNPR.N  would result in competition concerns
in the country
    ** The Competition and Markets Authority has until Aug. 14
to decide whether it would refer the deal for a deeper probe
    ** HPE to supply $200 mln in AI servers powered by Nvidia
chips to Japan AI supercomputer, per Nikkei report
    ** Stock up 28.6% YTD
