** Juniper Networks JNPR.N and Hewlett Packard Enterprise HPE.N up 8.37% and 4.73% premarket, respectively

** DoJ settles antitrust lawsuit against HPE's $14 bln takeover of JNPR

** Settlement requires the combined company to divest HPE's Instant On wireless networking business and license the source code for Juniper's Mist AI software used in Juniper's WLAN products

** Settlement still needs judge's approval to avert a trial set for July 9

** YTD- HPE down nearly 14%, JNPR down nearly 2%
