Australia's Jupiter Energy rises most in 2 months on oil export nod

** Shares of Kazakhstan-focused oil explorer Jupiter Energy
 JPR.AX  soar as much as 23.8% to A$0.026, their best intraday
gain since Feb. 1
    ** Co to ship the first oil produced from its wells in
Kazakhstan in April, as it receives approval from the country's
Ministry of Energy 
    ** Half of the April production to be exported, remaining to
be sold in domestic market 
    ** Stock hits highest level since March 28
    ** As of last close, stock down 19.2% YTD
