Annual Report and Accounts 2025 and Notice of Meeting 2026

The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended
31 December 2025 ('2025 Annual Report') is available to view on the Company's

The Company has also today posted to shareholders the Notice of the 2026
Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), together with the 2025 Annual Report. The
Notice of AGM is available to view on the Company's website at

The AGM is scheduled to be held at 11.00am on Thursday, 7 May 2026 at The Zig
Zag Building, 70 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6SQ.
