Appointment of a Non-Executive Director

Jupiter Fund Management plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Siobhan
Boylan as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 5 March 2024.

 

Siobhan Boylan is a chartered accountant with over 30 years' experience in
financial services, primarily within the asset management and wealth sector.
 Siobhan is the Chief Financial Officer at NatWest Wealth, where she also
sits on the Board of Coutts.  She was formerly Chief Financial Officer of
Brewin Dolphin Holdings plc and of Legal & General Investment Management.
 Prior to this Siobhan held a number of senior roles at Aviva plc, including
Chief Financial Officer of Aviva Investors and Aviva North America.  Siobhan
qualified as an accountant with PwC LLP.

 

Siobhan will join both the Company's Audit and Risk and Nomination Committees
with effect from her appointment.

 

David Cruickshank, Chair of the Company, commented:
