Completion of Acquisition of CCLA Investment Management Limited ("CCLA")

 

Further to the announcement of 10 July 2025 in relation to the proposed
acquisition of CCLA (the "Acquisition"), Jupiter is pleased to confirm that
all necessary regulatory approvals have been received and the Acquisition
completed on 2 February 2026.

Jupiter reiterates its initial target for run-rate cost synergies on a fully
integrated basis of at least £16 million per annum, as set out in its
announcement relating to the Acquisition on 10 July 2025, on the same basis
and subject to the assumptions set out in that announcement. This target is
expected to be fully realised by the end of 2027.

As at 31 December 2025, CCLA had assets under management of £15.0 billion.
