Jupiter Fund Management plc (the "Company" or "Jupiter")

Entry into Forward Transaction for EBT

 

Jupiter announces that JTC Employer Solutions Trustee Limited (in its capacity
as trustee for the Jupiter Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT")) has entered into a
forward transaction with Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc in respect
of ordinary shares in Jupiter Fund Management plc (the "Shares").

 

The forward transaction has been put in place for the purpose of satisfying
existing, planned and anticipated employee long term incentive plan
obligations.

 

The forward transaction will commence in the first quarter of 2026 and will
cover up to 25.9m Shares.

 

No Shares will be held by the EBT unless and until any physical settlement is
elected under the forward transaction at its maturity.
