Non-executive Director Role Changes

Jupiter is pleased to announce that, with effect from 1 October 2025, James
Macpherson will take on the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee,
succeeding Roger Yates.

 

As announced on 6 January 2025, Roger Yates is retiring from the Board after 8
years of service.  His resignation will take effect from 9 October 2025.

 

This announcement is released in compliance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6.
