** The British wealth manager posts FY net inflows of 1.3 billion pounds ($1.76 billion) vs net outflows of 10.3 billion pounds reported a year ago

** JUP announces share buyback program of up to 30 million pounds and a special dividend of 5.7p per share

** Co reports FY assets under management of 54 billion pounds vs 45.3 billion pounds a year ago

** YTD, JUP up 18.54%
