** Slovakian engine manufacturer Tatravagonka A.S., part of the Indian railway engineering co's promoter group, increased stake in co to 19.24% from 18.69% on Friday, buying 1.35 bln rupees worth of shares

** More than 32.9 mln shares change hands by 11:55 a.m. IST vs 30-day avg of 775,503 shares

** One of the two analysts covering the stock rates it "strong buy" and the other rates it "hold" -- LSEG data

** Stock down ~41.3% YTD
