India's Jupiter Wagons up on quarterly profit rise

** Shares of Jupiter Wagons  JUWL.NS  rise as much as 4.6%
to 424 rupees, last up 0.8%
    ** The railway engineering co says March-quarter consol net
profit more than doubled to 1.05 billion rupees ($12.6 million);
approves fundraise worth 10 billion rupees via qualified
institutional placement
    ** JUWL on track for second straight session of gains
    ** Co gained 9.2% in April, its second consecutive month of
gains
    ** Stock up ~27% YTD, had more than tripled in 2023 marking
fourth straight year of gains
