Limited entered into a supplemental third Musharaka agreement
with Al Baraka Bank Pakistan Limited
* Jura Energy Corp- pursuant to agreement, facility amount
of third Musharaka has been increased from 170 million Pakistan
rupees ("pkr") to PKR 470 million
