2022 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting

 

Following the announcement of the Company's results for the financial year
ended 31 December 2022 on 7 March 2023, the Company announces that the
following documents are being posted or otherwise have been made available to
shareholders today on the Company's website at
www.justgroupplc.co.uk/investors (http://www.justgroupplc.co.uk/investors) :

 

·      Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022;

·      Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting ("2023 AGM"); and

·      Form of Proxy for the 2023 AGM.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of these documents have been
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for
inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
(https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism) .

 

The Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at 1 Angel Lane,
London, EC4R 3AB on Tuesday, 9 May 2023 at 10.00am.

 

In compliance with Listing Rule 13.8.11 (5)(c), a copy of (i) the proposed
rules of the new Just Group plc Deferred Share Bonus Plan; (ii) the proposed
rules of the new Just Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan; and (iii) the
proposed amended rules of the Just Group Sharesave Scheme, have also been
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism. Copies have also been made
available on the Company's website.
