 Director DECLARATION

Just Group plc ("Just", or the "Group") today announces that Michelle
Cracknell, independent Non-Executive Director of the Group has been appointed
as a Non-Executive Director of XPS Pensions Group plc ("XPS"), effective
immediately. Michelle will become a member of XPS's Remuneration, Nomination
and Audit & Risk Committees from the same date.
