Just Eat Takeaway.com publishes AGM convocation and agenda

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company",
or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the
world's largest online food delivery marketplaces, today published the
convocation for its annual general meeting (AGM), including the agenda, an
explanation of the agenda items and ancillary documents on its corporate
website.

 

The Supervisory Board of Just Eat Takeaway.com has decided to nominate Ms.
Mayte Oosterveld as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Board
as well as to nominate Mr. Ernst Teunissen as member of the Supervisory Board.

 

The AGM will be held on Thursday 16 May 2024 at 11:00 CET at BIMHUIS
Amsterdam, Piet Heinkade 3, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Shareholders who either in person, or by proxy wish to attend the AGM should
register for the AGM as from 19 April 2024 up to 10 May 2024 (registration
closes at 12:00 CEST on 10 May 2024).
