Just Eat's London shares jump on sale of Grubhub

19.4% at 1,124p 
    ** Europe's biggest meal delivery firm to sell its U.S. unit
Grubhub to Wonder for $650 mln
    ** Grubhub's enterprise value of $650 mln includes $500 mln
of senior notes and $150 mln cash, says Wonder 
    ** Just Eat says deal has no impact on full-year guidance
and it retains no material liabilities associated with Grubhub
    ** J.P.Morgan analysts expect market to view transaction as
positive even with a lower valuation 
    ** Including session's gains, stock down ~8% so far this
year
