highest since Aug 31
** Co acquires The Cylinder Guy Ltd, a hot water cylinder

** Co says it expects the acquisition to immediately add to
profitability and that it continues to seek potential
acquisitions
** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since Sept 9
