change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies, held by the
following member of the board of directors of JZCP:

Ashley Paxton was appointed to the board of directors of Ikigai Ventures
Limited on 1 October 2021. The ordinary shares of Ikigai Ventures Limited were
listed on the standard listing segment of the Official List of the Financial
Conduct Authority and admitted to trading on the Main Market for listed
securities of London Stock Exchange plc on 15 September 2022.
