** Shares of K2fly  K2F.AX  rise as much as 2.7% to A$0.190,
their highest levels since Nov 29, 2022
    ** The software firm records Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
of A$9 mln ($6.02 mln) in Q4, 20% higher than in Q4 FY2023
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since July 15 
    ** Stock up 68% this year, as of last close
