** Shares of K2fly  K2F.AX  rise as much as 3.2% to A$0.098
    ** BHP Group  BHP.AX  extends a 1-year contract for co's
ground disturbance solution covering its western Australian iron
ore operations in the Pilbara, co says
    ** Says the 3-year agreement will generate accounting rate
of return of A$664,000 ($453,246.40) and has a total contract
value of A$1.99 mln
    ** Stock down 45.7% this year as of last close
