Board Change

 

K3, which provides business‐critical software solutions focused on fashion
and apparel brands, announces that Non-executive Director, Pernille Fabricius,
is stepping down from the Board and the Company, with this change taking
effect today.

 

The Board would like to place on record its thanks to Pernille for her
contribution to K3, in particular as Chair of the Audit Committee. Tom
Crawford, Non-Executive Director, is taking up this role in her place.

 

The Company continues to have two non-executive directors, Tom Crawford and
Gabrielle Hase, who are considered to be independent, as recommended by the
QCA Corporate Governance Code.

 

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of
