Notice of Annual General Meeting and Posting of Annual Report

 

Further to the announcement of the Company's results for the year ended 30
November 2020 on Tuesday, 5 April 2022, the audited financial statements have
been posted to shareholders today, Friday 22 April 2022, together with a
notice of the annual general meeting to receive and adopt them. Copies are
also available on the Company's website at www.k3btg.com/investor-centre
(http://www.k3btg.com/investor-centre)  for the purposes of AIM Rule 26.

 

The annual general meeting will take place at 10:30am on Thursday, 19 May 2022
at the Company's offices at Baltimore House, 50 Kansas Avenue, Manchester M50
